Phone – Key Feature Codes
Basic Features
- *0 – Customer support
- *9 – Check voice mail
- *01 – Check balance for long distance calls
- *001 – Recharge with pin code for long distance calls
Caller ID
- *30 – Blocks your Caller ID (for all subsequent calls)
- *31 – Displays your Caller ID (for all subsequent calls)
- *67 – Blocks your Caller ID when dialling a number (per call). Dial “*67” and the number. (No dial tone is played in the middle.)
- *68 – Unblocks your Caller ID on all subsequent calls. Dial “*68” and the number.
- *82 – Displays your Caller ID (per call). Dial “*82” and the number. (No dial tone played in the middle.)
Do Not Disturb
- *78 – Do Not Disturb. Calls will go straight to Voicemail.
- *79 – Disables Do Not Disturb. Incoming calls ring through.
Call Forward
- *72 – Unconditional Call Forward. Dial *72 and forwarding number, then “#”. Wait for dial tone and hang up. (Dial tone indicates successful forward.)
- *73 – Cancels Unconditional Call Forward. Dial *73, wait for dial tone, then hang up.
- *90 – Busy Call Forward. Dial *90 and forwarding number, then “#”. Wait for dial tone then hang up.
- *91 – Cancels Busy Call Forward. Dial *91, wait for dial tone, then hang up.
- *92 – Delayed Call Forward. (Rings 4-5 times first then forwards.) Dial *92 and forwarding number, then “#”. Wait for dial tone then hang up.
- *93 – Cancels Delayed Call Forward. Dial *93, wait for dial tone, then hang up.

Transfer to 3rd Party
- During a phone conversation, you can press "R" on the phone and dial the 3rd party’s phone number.
- When you hear a ring tone, hang up the phone and the call will be automatically transferred to that 3rd party.
Conference Calls
- While you are on a call with Caller A, press “R” to get a dial tone and dial Caller B’s number. When Caller B answers, then press “R” again and the conference call will be established with you and Callers A and B.
- If Caller B does not answer, you can press “R” to get back to Caller A.
- If your press “R” during the conference call, then Caller B will be dropped.
- If you hang up during the conference call, it will be terminated for all three parties when the configuration “Transfer on Conference Hang up” is set to “No”.
- If the configuration is set to “Yes”, then the call will be transferred to A and B and they can continue the conversation.

Call Transfer
- Assuming that you are on a call and wish to transfer the call to another party:
Blind Transfer
- Use the “Flash” button on the analog phone to hold the current call.
- After the dial tone is played, press “*87”, and then dial the number you are transferring the call to.
- End your dialling with “#” or wait for time out.
- You will be disconnected after the transfer is completed.
Attended Transfer

Use the “Flash” button on the analog phone to hold the current call.
- After dial tone is played, dial the number you are transferring the call to.
- After your transfer target answers, you can hang up and the Adapter will complete the transfer automatically.
- If your target does not answer the call, press “Flash” on the analog phone to resume the original call.
3-Way Conference
Assuming that you are in a call and wish to bring a third party into conference:
- Press “Flash” on the analog phone to hold the current call.
- After dial tone is played, dial the third party’s number.
- If the third party answers, press “Flash” to bring both parties into the conference.
- If the third party does not answer the call, you can press “Flash” to resume the original call.
- If “Flash” is pressed during the conference call, then the third party will be dropped out.
- If you hang up your phone during the conference call, then the call will be terminated for all three parties.
If the “Transfer on Conference Hang-up” feature is enabled, then when you hang up, the other parties will still remain on the line.
