We offer a 30 day “MONEY BACK GUARANTEE” on our Set-Top Box and on our Premium TV Package, So go ahead and try us out! We think you will enjoy all the great features and benefits of the Cybertel TV experience.
The 30 day “MONEY BACK GUARANTEE” period starts once your internet service is activated, and you have signed up for our’ TV packages.
We would regret to lose you as a customer, but if you prefer to cancel within the 30 day time period, we will refund you the money you paid for the Set-Top Box, any monthly fees for our ‘all inclusive’ packages that may have been applied, and your return shipping costs.
The “MONEY BACK GUARANTEE” month period would not be in addition to any free months that we may be offering on any of these ‘all inclusive’ packages above.
In order to cancel:
- You need to contact our Customer Support by phone to cancel your TV service.
- You may elect to keep your Set-Top Box as a media player. If you wish to return your Set-Top Box for a refund, it must be returned with all the component parts in the original packaging, and return shipping by Canada Post.
- If returning your Set-Top Box, return by Canada Post to Cybertel, 190 HARWOOD AVE. S.Ajax, ON, L1S 2H6 . We will credit you back for the Set-Top Box(es) you purchased or your deposit and prorated rental fee, if you rented, and appropriate shipping costs, less any missing parts or damage to the Set-Top Box.
If you bought your Set-Top Box at a Canada Computers store, it needs to be returned to a Canada Computer store with the original receipt and within 30 days of purchase. If it is after 30 days, you can return it to Cybertel, 190 HARWOOD AVE. S.Ajax, ON, L1S 2H6.
Please note that internet installation charges, internet fees (Cable and DSL) and phone fees, including monthly fees are not refundable.
