1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Site or opting into our text messaging service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site and our services.

2. Services Provided

CybertelDS provides telecommunications, web solutions, digital marketing, and automated customer communication services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site or services at any time without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All original content, features, code, design, logos, and materials on cybertelds.com are the exclusive property of CybertelDS and are protected by applicable Canadian, U.S., and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Extract data using scraping, crawling, or automated software without explicit written permission.
  • Engage in activities that impair or disrupt our network infrastructure or web servers.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to restricted administrative systems, user accounts, or database endpoints.
  • Transmit or upload malicious software, bots, or compromised files.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. CybertelDS explicitly disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or system uninterrupted availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CybertelDS, its directors, employees, or authorized agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our website or communication channels.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

    “Please enter your phone number and sign below to receive mobile updates from CybertelDS via SMS. Up to 4 msgs/month. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, HELP for help. Standard message and data rates may apply.”

2. Complete SMS Terms of Service

  1. Service Confirmation: Upon opting in via any channel, you will receive an immediate SMS confirming your enrollment in the CybertelDS mobile program.
  2. Program Description: Subscribers receive updates regarding product offers, telecommunications solutions, appointment alerts, and customer service updates.
  3. Opt-Out Instructions: You may unsubscribe from the SMS service at any time. Simply reply or text STOP to (647) 490-2233 or (800) 737-5805. Upon sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation text verifying your removal. No further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

  5. Carriers & Liability: Wireless carriers (e.g., Bell, Rogers, Telus, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless network operator.
  6. Cost & Rates: Standard Message and Data Rates May Apply for any incoming or outgoing text messages between you and CybertelDS according to your mobile rate plan.
